Persian name: دانیال برکتی. Reported age: 23. Reported gender: male. Reported location of death: Tehran. Reported date of death: 2026-01-08. Shot by Islamic Republic regime forces in Tehran Pars area, West 218th Street. Was a 23-year-old graphics student at Azad University of Roodehen who also worked in photography. Despite being religious, the government tried to falsely label him as a 'Basiji' and 'martyr' after his death, but this was contradicted by his family's testimony and his anti-government social media posts.
