Ali Fallahian ( born 1949) is an Iranian cleric, judge and politician. He was Iran's second Minister of Intelligence and Security , holding office from 1989 to 1997, during the presidency of Ali Akbar Rafsanjani .
In April 1997, a German court sentenced five men for the September 1992 killings of three leaders of the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran and an interpreter in Berlin yet again indicates a coordinated policy by the Iranian state to kill Iranian dissidents, Amnesty International said today. The five men -- four Lebanese and one Iranian -- had been charged with carrying out the killing in the Mykonos Restaurant, in Berlin.
However, "the case could not yet be considered closed since a German arrest warrant issued in March 1996 for the Iranian Minister of Information and Security (in charge of Iran's secret service), Hojjatoleslam Ali Fallahian -- also allegedly implicated in the killing -- remained outstanding," according to Amnesty International. عفو بین‌الملل امروز اعلام کرد که در آوریل ۱۹۹۷، دادگاهی در آلمان پنج مرد را به جرم قتل سه رهبر حزب دموکرات کردستان ایران و یک مترجم در برلین در سپتامبر ۱۹۹۲ محکوم کرد که بار دیگر نشان‌دهنده سیاست هماهنگ دولت ایران برای کشتن مخالفان ایرانی است. این پنج مرد - چهار لبنانی و یک ایرانی - به انجام قتل در رستوران میکونوس در برلین متهم شده بودند.
