Persian name: سعید کلهر. Reported age: 17. Reported gender: male. Reported location: Bijar. 17-year-old child from Bijar arrested by government forces and transferred to Sanandaj Correctional and Rehabilitation Center. After 15 days of detention, his family remains completely uninformed about his physical condition, legal status, and case details, with all their follow-ups proving fruitless.
